My wife's uncle and aunty both were died on 2014 & 2015 respectively without any issue. They did not leave any will for their property. Her father also died on 2012. Her father and her uncle has an unmarried younger sister.
My wife has two younger brothers, who are married, and two younger sisters, one of them is married.
Now the question is : Can she claim or she has any right on her uncle's property ? If so, what is the proportion ?
