Compensation Compensation

I have filed a case against my in-laws and husband for 498A(4). Now he has a false statement from lawyer and want a divorce. However can I claim for compensation as it's a huge emotional and mental trauma for me. Is there a way where we can compromise as the police has not filed the charge sheet yet. He has an anticipatory bail with him. What happens if he doesn't attend court in future.

A.dear client in your matter You May claim compensation by filing a domestic violence case against your husband and in-law. You will have to discuss your case with me in detail for proper advice regarding amount of compensation, bail of your husband and settlement terms etc. After coming to know about detailed facts, I would be able to advice.

A.You are asking two contradictory questions, one whether you can claim compensation( it must be maintenance, as there is no compensation in matrimonial matters), and second is that whether you can compromise now . If you tell what you really wnat I would be able to advise.
