Sir, Maine 1 year pahle notary marriage kia tha. At present Mai 3 month ki pregnant hu, aur mujhse badi ek elder sister hai, jinki marriage iss Year December tak honi hai. Agar mai abortion k bare mai kahti hu to, mere husband mere family members ko jail karane k liye kahte hai. Sir,iss condition mai mujhe kya karna chahiye. Please koi mujhe bataiye.

A.Marriage is like a contract, you both got married or make a notery deed for marriage and it is Valid, if both parties fullfill the terms and conditions of marriage formalities. Upto a limited time
You can abort the child but no one can force you for do so. Your husband can not lodge any case against your parent nor you for doing nothing.

A.koi bhi decision soch vichar kar ke puri consultation ke baad hi lijiye ga, aur jyada time baad aap abortion karwa bhi nahi sakti, but abortion why? aap legally register karwaye apni marriage witness chahiye hogey, mere khayal se time a gya hai ki notary marriage ko bhi vaidhyata di jani chahiye, agar future me aapko advocate ki zarurat padey toh behichak mujhse contact kariye ga.

A.Aane wali life husband ke sath hi spend krni hai toh unki suniye, aur ye toh acchhi baat hai ki woh abortion mana kar rahe hai, aur wo child chahte hai, dikkat kya hai, why abortion?

A.1. Notary Marriage koi marriage hoti hi nahi hai.
2. Wo legally aapka husband nahi hai kyuki aaplog ki custom ke hisab se shadi hui hi nahi hai.
3. Aap apne husband ke against case kar sakte hai and FIR bhi for threat.
