Whether I file case in Industrial court or Civil court?
I have no money to pay for Lawyer's fees. Is it possible that I pay fees to Lawyer when I get my salary outstanding from Employer?

A.Dear Sir,
Without having support of money you cannot fight with employer. However you can file a civil suit for recovery of salary.

A.1. hard to believe that you have an outstanding od Rs. 11 lac and no amount to pay to lawyer,
2. you can approach district legal services authority for availing services of lawyer on state expenses,
