Sir me ek company me kaam krta hu. yaha meri college placement hui thi. us dauraan en logo likhit me diya tha ki meri salary 6 months baad 16000 ctc ho jaygi but ab ye log meri salary nhi bada rahe h. thode se paise bada kr kah rahe h ki increment ho gya. mene kaha ki mera salary annexture dikhao to muje na uski copy de rahe h aur na koi samjha raha h. kya ye mera right nhi h ki informaton le saku. Right to information kya kahta h esme ??? Please Help me!!!

A.Private companies RTI Mai nahi aati . Agar apke pass written Mai hai to file case against them immediately

A.Dear Client ,
You have been appointed in a Pvt. Company perhaps, so during appointment they might have given you such letter a d salary breakup increment is given but you can not force to give much. But if you working in public company then only you may claim on as per rules and terms and conditions by record.
In Pvt there you can not opt for RTI. They are no covered. If you will force they may say to quit the job.
