After my probation period ends I got one email from HR saying that I am confirmed employee and please give your acceptance on the same . And wriiten that if you have any query then feel free to ask. I had not replied that email as I don't wants that they confirm me because always they delay the salary . After on month I resigned and given the notice period of one month as in probation it was mentioned in appointment letter but the last day when my company reliving me that said you np is of 3 months . Pay 2 months salary then we will issue the reliving letter. The confirmation letter they attached in the confirmation email is of some different employee.
My question is is my np is 3 months or one month and on which ground

A.Dear Sir,
Never make issues with employers because you will get bad feedback. You may liable to pay 2 months salary to the Company..

A.Notice period is 1 month since you do not accept the confirmed employee offer

A.Dear client,
You did right, abiding accordingly as per appointment letter terms and conditions stated and signed by Company HR and higher authorized person.
Issue a legal notice , they will pay you.
Or ask me to draft such notice by paying online .
