Civil case govt job related pending in HC from last two years.One seat is kept vacant by court,by giving reason of paucity of time dates always extends to 6 months without hearing. What will be the final order? How I get it within 15 days?

A.Get a higher court direction.
It is the HC therefore it will need a Supreme Court direction to finish off this case in whatever span of time they feel fit. Try your luck.

A.Dear Sir,
Nobody can force the High Court to deliver the judgment within 15 days. Better engage services of Senior Advocate to get immediate result.
