Side business while working as a Government Bank Employee

Hello,
My question is that I am currently pursuing government bank exams and I had started a youtube channel a while ago to gradually to make it my source of income.
I wanted to know whether it will be okay for me to work on my Youtube channel while working as a government bank employee?
And what are the options that can be suggested so that I can work on my Youtube channel while working as a government bank employee?
(Like will it be legitimate legally if I work on my Youtube channel in my spare time (non working office hours) and strictly devote myself to my government bank duties during my working hours for the bank)
