Service writ petition mai uttarakhand government ki double bench ne judgement mai judgement k six week k andar training ka order kra tha.
3 month ho gye government ne training start nhi kari.
Kya mera contempt lgana shi rahega.
Government pe contempt ka asar padega.
Ya government suprem court k liye likhegi. Khi government contempt mai ye kahe ki hum jurdiction k against suprem court mai SPL dal rai

A.First check if the Govt has filed anything that challenges Judgment and Order and then take decision. They must have done it.

A.No u can file contemt against govt order passed by 6 weeks bt already 3 months period has passed
