I was dismissed from railway government service due submission of unrecognised degree .They said that university is un recognised so we treat submitted certificate is fake. Now the Question is is iam is eligible to encash Earned leave? In certain Madaras High court given judgement "Dismissed staff entitled to encashment of EL/PL: HC".This judgement is applicable to all states and central government employees.

A.dear client in your case The judgments of High Court are without doubt applicable to Sate of the Hon'ble High Court. These judgments may be given as a reference to the other Courts including the High Court but the acceptability of the same depends on various factors before whom such judgment is placed.
