My passport is in police custody.. Now I have to travel abroad.. How can I get back my passport without any difficulty

A.dear client in your matter kindly Approach the Judicial Magistrate court and file "Return of the Property" petition and get back the passport.If it a serious crime you have to get court permission.

A.Why your passport is with police?? You can file case for obtaining it from police station to the concerned court
