Sexual harassment case against me

I had a phone talk with my office women before one year, just a casual and friendly talk and that call was auto recorded in her phone and she shared with her friend. Now someone have filled a anonymous complain with this audio recording in my office. The Inquiry has initiated against me .Now the women is saying that yes we had a talk but we never met each other and no physical relationship.
Do deptt initiate disciplinary action against me?
How can I defend this case?

A.If complaint is anonymous you must find origin of the complaint.

A.If that casual talk over phone had any colour of sex or romance then yes the employer can initiate the the disciplinary action against you. How to defend- for that you will have to refer to a lawyer with all the details.
