Cheating

A Government teacher who took 2 Lakhs for Monthly interest of 2 rupees, he is Paying our Interest Regularly upto 4 years but for the past 5 to 6 months he is Not responding at all and Not paying our interest amount and No response for calls and anything.... We Gave money by Getting his signature on a "Blank Cheque " So now we approach his Wife and she is Not at all responding, And that person who lend our money is already took lots of Money from soo many other n Assure them as same way with a Blank Cheque We are not in a Position to spend money to lawers, and we don't know how to get our money back so plz Help me sir

dear client in your case You can take the help of some friendly advocate for drafting, file a civil or cheque dishonor case on him own and argue your case as party in person.

Send him a legal notice to recover the money. If he does not then present the cheque in the bank and if no funds in bank then file acase of cheque bounce.
