Travel agency fraud or not

Hey i had talked to a travel agency and asked them for the travel Itineraries he had sent me on my email id further discussion were done on call and whats app. After getting confirmed the final itinerary i decided to book and send him 50percent payment through neft in his current account. Now after the transaction is done, he had sent me bill on my whats app no. i asked him to send that on my mail so that it will be considered as a proof. He had sendthat to me but it comes under spam folders. So what should i do so that i have his enough details in court if any further problems occur

A.Every electronic media can be taken as evidence in case of any fault or mislead done to the costomer. Even WhatsApp message and documents shared will be taken as evidence in any case of default.
Also that NEFT done is equall a strong evidence in itself.
Thus all above proof are admissible as evidence.
