Regarding possession of land after partation.

How to get possession of land after partation (in case of joint property) and what if there's construction on your share of land by another co-owner, how to vacate his kabja from land, does tehsildar have power to demolish the construction or seprate case has to filled for possession after partation.

If partition happened in the private panchayat then the panchayatdars ask all other co-parcerners to divide property accordingly and put respective persons in possession of their shares otherwise Court Commissioner will be appointed.
