I have a new premise. I want to offer my premise as rent? what will be my offer or proposal format to provide a new tenant?

A.Dear Sir,
There is no prescribed format but you have to get registered if it is for more than 11 months otherwise get rent agreement on a stamp paper of Rs. 200/-.
