Landlord make a false agreement with my sign I got permission for verification of sign from the court
If the report comes not in my favor
Can I get the chance to oppose the report

A.It depends as to who prepares the report.If the handwriting expert is from a government lab then it will adversly affect your case but if the handwriting expert is a private one you can request for second opinion. But chances ate remote that the court will grant such a permission.
