Landlord make a false agreement with my sign I got permission for verification of sign from the court
If the report comes not in my favor
Can I get the chance to oppose the report

A.dear client in your matter In the first instance there no question of verification report not being proved as the verification done as per procedure & from the competent designated authority.In such an event better to consult a property lawyer to guide & help you quickly.

A.It depends as to who prepares the report.If the handwriting expert is from a government lab then it will adversly affect your case but if the handwriting expert is a private one you can request for second opinion. But chances ate remote that the court will grant such a permission.
