My Mother sold my fathers house after his death and bought a flat. we are 2 brothers.My mother made the flat on my Elder brothers name without my consent.Now my Mother and my elder brother have died .and flat is still on my brothers name .My sister in law refuses to share the flat . How can i legally claim my share in the flat.I want to sell the flat and give the half share to my sister in law.but has to be legal. Please Help.

A.Within limitation time you should claim a share in civil Court with all documents from the time your mother sold your father`s house. I can only draft a petition to you but I do not come to courts outside karnataka, except for High courts. You should ask Vidhikarya`s help to find me.

A.You should produce all documents in your custody to prove the chain of event and your claim to the parental property.It is better to consult a Professional property lawyer quickly to legally claim your share in the property.
