A.Dear Sir,
Please contact any local advocate of Maharashtra residing in particular city where FIR is issued and ask him to get certified copy of FIR and to file anticipatory bail in Sessions Court and also if interested get file quashing petition before High Court and get a stay on such proceedings. You may search such FIR online by giving your name.

Please take PAID phone call with me through VIDHIKARYA and get more legal guidance.

A.Hi,

First of all since an FIR is registered and if you feel that the same is baseless, I believe that it is safe for you to file for an Anticipatory Bail as it will safeguard you from arrest.

Alternatively since we are practsing acroos Maharashtra, you can tell me the name of the city in Maharashtra where the FIR is registered and the police station name so that I could have spoken to the respective Investigating Officer of that police station and would have given you the full information about the FIR.
