I was working in a company that committed fraud while taking money from various banks and ran away while a non bailable warrant issued against me as I was working there . Please advise the remedy to get out of the cases

A.Dear Sir,
You may please get anticipatory bail by the by approach High Court and get a stay order on such investigation and try to get delete your name from FIR. Please be informed that you have to engage senior advocate having reputation.

A.NBW means, you are not attending any previous summons for Trial. You have to attend the court, and get NBW quashed and appear the case as and when court asked you to appear.

A.First of all, please file an applicatiom for cancellation of the Non Bailable warrant which will safeguard you from arrest.

Also file a seperate complaint against the owner on the grounds of criminal breach of trust which will act as a cushion to discharge you from further charges.
