I have a new tenant in my premises.Tenants wants me to paint the interior.I don't want to do painting but I can pay the painting charge? What to do as a landlord in this situation? What clause should I put on rent agreement? Kindly explain in details?
A.Dear Sir,
You can orally convey the said clause to your tenant and if agreed then only accept him as a tenant and put the same as a clause in your Rent Agreement.
Please take PAID phone call with me through VIDHIKARYA and get more legal guidance.
