I have given a notice today 7th Dec 2019. Can I go and a file a petition in Lok adalat in next week. Please advice.
A.Dear Sir,
Notice period to be expired and then you have to file a partition suit then notices have to be served on the other side then only you can approach Lok Adalath.
Please take PAID phone call with me through VIDHIKARYA and get more legal guidance.

A.Without seeing notice, we cannot say anything. next, if already send notice, you have to give reply. Lok adalat may help, if other party want compromise.
