job resignation in probation period

sir i have worked for a company for 17 days and i am appointed there for probation period of 6 months and after 17 days i have joined new company and the previous company hr enforcing me for money and notice period as in my appointment letter there is nothing mentioned about notice period and the previous company hr is calling to my new company also how do i get rid of it and please tell me what i can do best to save my current employment

It is negligible period of service as such your company cannot take any action against you.
