Government of maharashtra undertaking does not follow the timelines in decision making as given in section 10 of act 21 of 2006 hence my service matters are pending from long time still i have not got the time bound promotion due in april 2002 departmental enquiry on leave is pending for more than one year service book is incomplete vrs is not accepted even after completion of 30 years of qualifying service all letters, applications appeals go to deaf ears no response no action even by the competent authority
