Living in a 3 story apartment,neighbor has constructed an illegal builing with iron pillers,2*2 vertified tiles and sheet in the terrace stating,the space above his house is his own,so he can do anything...but it's the common area for 9 houses...on top of it,he has raised the floor level and closed the rain water drain so now our house is facing water stagnation and cracks and leakage...have complained in corporation,they sent a prenotice...but that person is saying,he got money can bribe anyone and make things favour for him,as such no big action is taken,what move should we take next
