Dear Sir.
I am an NRI & I have my own duplex house in India. A family ( family members are wife, elder son 25yr, younger son 18yr & grand parents ) is on rent in my ground floor of that duplex building on agreement. Wife of that family put a maintenance case (CrPC 125) over his husband in family court. in objection, her husband written that, her wife having illicit/illegal relationship with house owner.
Can I file defamation suit against her husband ?
