Company bond issue Company bond issue

I am a 2019 passed out BTech graduate. I recently joined a company and submitted my 10th and intermediate certificates. I signed a bond for 4 years. In the bond it was written like I would be give training for 1 year and bond breaking would be for 1 lak rupee but after joining I was not give any kind of training, instead they used me like a labour and 5 months after joining, I got very sick because of the city atmosphere. So I decide to abscond and contact the HR by submitting my medical certificates. But they are not willing to give my certificates. Is there any legal way to get my certificates back. Plz help me out...

A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice and come out of the company and you are liable to pay only the expenses they spent on your actual training if any.

Thanks.
