hello sir my tenant is not vacating my house after court order.city civil court judge has ordered her to vacate with in 60 days she didnt pay rent also in court .can i give complaint in police station please help me with this issue.
A.Dear Sir,
You can file execution petition in the Court and take Court order with a direction to police to get vacate the tenant by force.

A.file an execution suit in the same court where you filed the eviction suit.
