Appeal against decree of lLok Adalat court Appeal against decree of lLok Adalat court

My father has inherited property of 2.5 acre and 1 acre land and a home in a village. My father filed a partition suit in civil court. Later he undergone compromise with his elder brother and elder sisters and obtained decree from Lok adalat court. Under pressure from his brother and sisters my father made this compromise settlement. In this settlement, my father got less share and waste land. When he made this settlement, my father did not get my consent and my mother consent. Now our question is that is it possible for me and my mother to appeal for review of decree issued by the Lok Adalat?
The property is inherited and my and my mother consent is required or not for the settlement of this inherited property?

A.Dear Sir,
There will be no appeal or revision in respect of decree issued by Lok Adalath except on the grounds of fraud and mis-presentation.

Thanks.

A.Less chances are there if the award is passed by Lok Adalat. However as Legal heirs you can take some alternate but genuine plea n challenge the same
