A.Dear Sir,
Need to adjust against the deposit amount. Still there is o/s then issue a legal notice and then also the amount is not recovered then take a legal action

A.1)You can file recovery of money suit against him or file eviction suit against him.in court.
2)Therefore first send him legal notice through Lawyer.
3)Then take legal action against him.

A.Send Legal Notice and if it doesn't work then file eviction suit in competent Court of law.
