I met with accident on 31 may 2019 in my own company building premises due to dog attack. I work at Deloitte. Dogs attacked me and I fell down from bike and got fracture injuries on my right lower leg. This all happened within building premises. I was hospitalised for 13 days, operation done to fix two plates and screws, 3 months on wheelchair, 5 lakhs medical expenses, 7 months have passed and I still have pain, uneasiness, swelling, discomfort and I still walk with the help of walker as of now. I asked help from Deloitte, they told me that building security is not managed by them so they cannot help. I asked help from building security, they told me to talk to Deloitte. My quality of life got very badly affected. Can I legally ask my company to pay for all my medical expenses and also ask for compensation for the affected quality of life.

Deloite needs to pay the medical bill as its and accident. But its totally depend up on the company medi claim policy offered by the company. Need to take a reason from company in writing for refusal of claim.
The appropriate law authority is civil or consumer court for claim of the expenses according to your case.
