A.Dear client,
Illegitimate child needs to be proved by her mother that her US BF is biological father of him and she is biological mother, by documents.
For which, she may file a maintenance petition for her child from his BF's ancestral property in India for his maintenance up to age 18ys.only. Also issue a complaint petition to Indian embassy in US. Giving his detail of emigration.
However, an illegitimate child is not entitled to be maintained by his or her parents after attaining majority.
Thanks
