House issue

We have got a govt free house from Grandfather as gift deed and for him the house was given by Government. And he has no documents now also one of the person is claiming now the land is belonging to them.
We are paying the property tax which is in the name of Grandfather.
Can anyone suggest what need to done.

A.Go to the court and file adverse possession suit immediately
