PTCL Act for the sale of Land in year 1950
4 years ago
Hello Sir,
I bought the land in one of the layout. When we verified the link documents we found that the land originally belongs to Adi Karnatka religion allotted by Mysore Samsthana. ST member sold the land during the year 1950 to general. PTCL act came into picture at 1978 , Does this act applicable for the transactions happened at 1950 also ? Is it okay to buy this land ?
A.Dear sir/madam
If it is a free guaranteed land then you should avoid purchasing such land because revenue officers passing order are not in accordance with law but otherwise. Thus you may have to face the litigations.
