Case Title
Civil suit, act 26.
Description
Eviction case done against my relatives who are staying in my house from last 11 yaers. I am staying outside of the house with my aunty after my parent died 11 years ago. I allowed them to stay in my house when I was a minor. All the registration done in my name only. Mutation, electric bill, registered deed all in my name. In case period opponent not submitted any proof or witness, but their lowyer says its their house only and I am making bluff. Got the final judgment date by next week after 3 years of running eviction suite case. My question is if I win in this legal Battle how much time will be required get the house evicted ? What will be the next process to get it done quickly so that I can go to my own house with my family.

A.Dear Client,
If you win this eviction suit the court will order the other side to evict within a specified time frame.
You can take help of the local police to evict them in case of non - compliance.
If after the expiry of more than 30 days they have no complied with the judgement you can file an execution proceedings along with contempt application.
Thanks & Regards
Adv. Shreyash Mohta
