Home agreement Home agreement

Hi, We are 3 siblings and our mother passed away when we were little kids. Our Paternal grandmother legally gave us a home with proper agreement. The original agreement is with our uncle. Now when we ask our uncle for the original document, he is refusing to give us the document and he is threatening us and asking us money for the document. We dont want to give him money. Can you please suggest us a legal way to get back our original documents. Thanks a lot for your help
