What is the punishment for a person who willfully files a vakalath claiming himself to be an office bearer while he is not? Also what happens if he/she withdraws the case? Will it still call for an action?

A.you have not written the full text what exactly has happened . in fact any person filing vakalatnama in the capacity of office bearer of any institution or party or any or body despite of the fact that he was not entitled to do such act then opposite party can file objection and his or their suit can be dismissed on this ground, another way out is that you can file an application in the same case as this is crime against court and court may take cognizance of the same and try such person whether he takes the case back / withdraw the case or not it does not make much difference.
