We rented a flat with three months deposit for one year. After paying rent for 6 months we faced huge monetary loss in business due to outbreak of Corona virus. We have not paid one month rent and second month is going. I asked the owner that we will vacate the flat in the end of this month and he can keep one month security with him as a compensation. But he is forcing us to vacate immediately and he will not return our balance deposit also. Do we have any hope.
A.Dear Sir,
You may vacate the house and thereafter get issue a legal notice for refund of your advance amount failing which you may approach Civil Court for recovery.
