Maharashtra state government company Maha Mumbai Metro operation corporation limited offered me Appointment letter for the post of Station Manager after proper interview process and I already given my signed acceptance to that offer of appointment letter by hand to their office with my joining date aslo completed all formalities like medical examination and police verification as per mentioned in the offer of appointment letter. And presently I have resigned from my current company and I am on the verge of completing my notice period ie. only 15 days are left to complete my notice period and on this last moment Maha mumbai metro operation corporation limited sent me a REVISED offer of appointment stating that I being kept in waiting list as per Maharashtra GAD GR No ??????-2018/???.???.581?? /16-?
Since after completing my notice period in current company I was going joing MMMOCL on 6th April 2020.

I am very much shocked and tensed by this scenario because I will be un employed after 10-15 days..

Please help me on this so that I can convince MMMOCL that let me allow to join the position of Station Manager on the said joining date.

A.Hi client,
If the procedures of the said job is completed, then you do not need to worry. Talk to the authority, send them letters and mails along with your details of the joining letter from the new job area.May be there is a mistake from there end. If doesn't work send a legal notice. Filing a case can be a little time taking matter. So, try to solve it by contacting the higher authorities.
Thank you
