A person creating nuisance at my plot A person creating nuisance at my plot

Can a person claim ownership with RTC (pahani) on my plot which is BBMP A Khatha and having paid upto date tax since last 6 years? I have purchased it from my previous owner who owned the plot since 1992. I have 31 years of ownership, but the person is creating nuisance on the basis of RTC that around 15 guntas of land belongs to him in a BBMP locality where there are several houses already. Police saying we need to do survey to mark the land.. is this legal way? Aren’t registered sale deed’s, Khatha, EC and tax paid receipts enough proof to claim ownership?
