A.Your employer need to provide you with the proper reason of termination. Moreover they are bound to serve a statutory period notice upon you (may be a one month prior notice) dependimg upon the terms of your employment.
Write a mail asking them to specify the reason for such action.
Moreover the central government has issued circulars covering these aspects in the view of coronavirus pandemic.
You can initially start with writing an official mail and then you can serve a legal notice upon them, if need be.

A.Dear Client, seek the reasons for your termination, go through your employment contract. If you are a retainer employee, the company is duty bound to ask of you to serve a statutory notice period prior to your termination/resignation. Since the company has not done so, I would suggest you write an official email to the company and after this pandemic situation gets better, you need to contact your HR or higher authorities for further information!
