If in any criminal case against female, female found guilty, she could be in jail for up to more than 5years, now will she have any benefit as being female, or if sheis having small child or she may pregnant? Any differences in punishment for her by seeing angle of her family. Is there any difference to punish a male or a female as compare to same offence with same evidences.
A.The rule of justice will always take consideration of such facts and then accordingly pass the sentence. There is a greater chance that such female will get some reliever from the court.
