I have purchased a agricultural land by a former with the help of local dalaal , khasra no 549/2 purchased by with reagrement (rs 50000 by check) with me and third party on rs 100 With notarised which was earlierly agremented with former and third party on rs 100 without notarised. After sale deed registration i paid rs 425000 by encashing self check (as former insisted to give him cash only) Another khasra 459/1 sale deed and purchasing done by giving rs 400000 acc paye check and 50000 cash Total both resitry amount shown rs 325000 only because of high stamp duty. Sir now worst thing happened that total 3acre land after demarketion going inside the forest area. I got nothing after paying huge money.. I requested former and local dalaals to return my money and take back land ,he says all money he spended. Sir what to do first .... I am hope less and confused and frustrated Guide me and suggest me if any lowyer can Manage this matter to return my money.

A.File a police complaint.
If registry of the property was done then the registry office will also be a party to the case.
Keep proof of all the payments that you have made.

A.Dear Sir,
You will lose more money on litigation and ultimate result will be negative. If bore well is drilled or otherwise water source is there then you can turn it into furtive land or plant some saplings. But if you wish to go for litigation you can chose but it is three tier, Lower Court, First Appellate court and Second Appellate court and require minimum of 15 years to win.
