A. 1. If there was an agreement between both of you and violating it's terms they have increased the rent and asking you to vacate, the you can file a Civil Suit.
PS: according to the state laws, there is a formula for calculating the percentage of increase in rent every year or any other specified term. The tenant is liable to pay the hike only if the increase in the rent amount complies with the formula.

A. Just show your father's income and try to get such certificate but it is risky. Why such certificate required. Try for Merit seat, you are intelligent and brinlliant. Never under estimate yourself.

2) Is the Management & Trustees the same of your College, then the College authorities may stop giving you mark sheet of the Exam passed this year & give you trouble for the same fees.

A. Why to disclose. Create another marriage saying that your wife was aged 18 and above or marriage happens in 2014....do something never speak to any friends about this. Get stay order if any such notice is issued..
