2) You should have told him to refund of security deposit amount and to deduct the 5 days rent of July which he demanded.

You have not mentioned which State, City, village etc. It is difficult to just say on estimate without actually seeing the documents of 200 square yard plot which is in which zone/type/N.A./Non- N.A. etc & who wants to buy so much land in this recession & are the previous taxes paid etc. Require the actual documents to study as is the property worth of so much & who are the current owners & are they the real owners of such a big land.
