A. Firstly it was not a partnership firm as the firm was not registered hence any proceeding is barred against so called partnership firm due to prohibition provided under section 69 of partnership Act. Notarised agreement has no legal validity except that an agreement was executed. So you can file suit for recover against other party claiming your share.
