A. Hi,
The unregistered partition deed will be overruled by the registered instrument. It is lawful, and because the partition was not registered, there is no way to challenge it in a court of law.

A. Hi,
If you work in a private clinic, you have no restrictions on practising in other professions. However, there is no barrier if you work part-time, but if you work full-time at a government clinic, there would be an issue with being affiliated with other activities at the same time.

A. Hi.Lodge a missing FIR with the local police and then with a copy of that FIR go to the Bank and request them to issue a duplicate bond to you so that you can redeem the bond when you need otherwise you loose all your investment. The bank may ask you to make an affidavit, if they do so then have an affidavit done for the same.
