I am from Maharashtra and I have an employment bond case in Karnataka. I can not go there for the case. What will happen if I do not go?

A. Dear client,
If you can not for the summons or the future proceedings, then the case will continue in the name of ex parte proceedings and will move even if you aren't there but the judgement will be binding on you.

Colleges do not have the right to withhold mark sheets or any other certificates if you do not clear your entire dues. You can file a complaint at the local consumer redressal forum and then they can try to solve it out.

You can make complain about that other person through this TC only to the nearby social welfare department, SC/ST commission, District Collector or concerned Institution by providing his basic relevant details like Name, Address etc.

If the details about the bond are mentioned in the job acceptance letter then you are bound to follow it and pay the bond amount. The service agreement of 2 years usually contains such details of bonds if an explicit bond is not being sent to you.
