Keeping PDC is good option as security but it depends upon whether you and the concerned person have kept any physical contact or things are completely taking place online and such terms are usually specified in the agreement and should be included and also clauses pertaining to disputes and where and how action will be initiated in case of dispute etc.

A. Dear Client,

Your father's property was descended upon your mother, you, and your brother, each having an undivided one-third part after his death without making and publishing a Will. In order to change three of your names in the Record of Rights in the place and stead of your deceased father, you'll need a Legal Heir Certificate. You and your brother can legally assist your mother in the Sale procedure by using a registered Gift Deed or a registered Power of Attorney in her name.

Thank you!

A. If the property was transferred by your grandfather to your father by registered Gift Deed and thereafter through another registered Gift Deed your father transferred that property to your mother, then your mother becomes the absolute Owner of that property. You have not specified whether your mother is alive or not and who is /are going to sell the property. Until and unless the relevant facts be specified, proper legal remedy cannot be suggested.

A. Hi,
1) You cannot dissolve the marriage through annulment if all the essentials of marriage are completely fulfilled.
2) You can dissolve this through divorce by mutual consent.

A. Hi,
It is better to make it the same on all your certificates as otherwise, it may lead to unnecessary confusion and complications when you apply for any jobs or register for something. You can apply for correction by sending a request to the university or department concerned.
