If the property was transferred by your grandfather to your father by registered Gift Deed and thereafter through another registered Gift Deed your father transferred that property to your mother,then your mother becomes the absolute Owner of that property. You have not specified whether your mother is alive or not and who is /are going to sell the property. Until and unless the relevant facts be specified, proper legal remedy cannot be suggested.
