You may also try by lodging private complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C and get it referred to the Police Station under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. for immediate issuance of FIR.

Now immediately give written notice to owner mentioning your verbal notice of vacating given earlier and claiming the advance amount, mention the amount paid already and remaining amount due by owner. A. You can lodge FIR with local PS, most of the states have facility of filing online FIR also. If you are woman, there are many phone helpline numbers for Domestic violence help. As you are hesitant to file complaint against your parent, Domestic violence cases can also be resolved outside courts with the help of NGOs, police via mediation.
Alternatively, you can file legal suit for domestic abuse and violence against your parents, and can file maintenance under section 125 of CrPC
